Warehouse Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at Hawk 3 Talent Solutions. The successful candidate will oversee all warehouse functions, including Goods In, Goods Out, and stock control.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support your teams in their performance, welfare, and conduct in line with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain an efficient Goods Inward and Outbound operations.
  • Work with other departments to incorporate logistics with the Company procedures and operations.
  • Plan and manage logistics, warehouse, and transportation.
  • Optimise and coordinate orders delivery.
  • Supervise, coach, and train dispatch team.
  • Meet cost, productivity, accuracy, and timelines targets.
  • Maintain metrics and analyse data to assess performance and implement improvements.
  • Goods inwards and goods out process improvement.
Requirements:
  • Proven work experience as a Warehouse Supervisor / Manager.
  • Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics.
