About the Role:
We are seeking an Office Manager to oversee the administrative functions of our dynamic practice. This role is pivotal in ensuring adherence to quality and compliance standards, managing financial operations, and facilitating effective office administration.

Main Responsibilities:

PRIMARY ROLE

1. Oversee Quality Assurance accreditations and standards, including ISO certifications.

Prepare for audits and maintain industry standards.

2. Collaborate with leadership to develop marketing strategies, create promotional materials, and manage online presence. Organize and document marketing meetings, maintain databases, and coordinate seasonal communications.

3. Support financial management tasks, including the use of accounting software, financial forecasting, and insurance management.

4. Establish and uphold office procedures, manage correspondence, and maintain filing systems.

5. Coordinate with financial professionals regarding payroll, taxation, and compliance matters.

6. Supervise the Administration department and manage personnel matters.

7. Oversee the cleaning staff and ensure a tidy working environment.

8. Maintain employee records, including attendance, leave policies, and timesheets.

9. Organize and manage practice events and team-building activities.

COMMON ROLE WITHIN THE ADMIN DEPARTMENT

10. Manage fee submissions and quality plan registers, including the setup of new project files.

11. Ensure an organized filing system, both for active and inactive documents.

12. Arrange travel and accommodation for team members.
