Role Overview

The Sales Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in enhancing and streamlining our sales operations. This position is crucial for overseeing processes related to the reconciliation of retailer bonuses and ensuring effective collaboration with external partners, such as registration authorities. The primary objective is to optimize sales operations, elevate customer satisfaction, and contribute to the attainment of our global sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the reconciliation and disbursement of sales margins, commissions, and bonuses to our network of retailers.
  • Manage the Demo Programme by delivering regular insights and analyses to maintain an optimal mix and volume of demonstrator vehicles, ensuring high customer satisfaction during test drives.
  • Ensure timely and accurate registration and insurance of internal fleet and prototype units.
  • Supervise the performance of sales operations, including invoicing for retail partners, managing customer contracts, processing payment requests, and handling relevant documentation.
  • Assist in the creation and distribution of bulletins and communications for the global sales team directed at the retailer network.
  • Maintain the vehicle configuration of our order bank, ensuring it aligns with the latest feature specifications through mass updates of existing orders.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in the automotive industry is preferred.
  • Prior involvement in sales operations is advantageous.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and a process-oriented mindset.
  • Comfortable in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
  • Familiarity with SAP systems is a plus.
