Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated General Manager for our charming restaurant. This venue, accommodating approximately 140 guests, is ideal for a manager who values a community-focused dining experience. With both indoor and outdoor seating, it provides a wonderful setting for meals throughout the day.

Team Structure:

You will be supported by a robust management team, including 2 Assistant Managers and 2 Supervisors, alongside a talented back-of-house staff led by an experienced Head Chef. Your leadership will be crucial in completing this dynamic team.

Compensation and Benefits:

The salary package includes an anticipated service charge, with opportunities for a quarterly bonus. We offer:
