Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Restaurant Operations Manager for our charming establishment in Northwich. This venue, accommodating approximately 140 guests, is ideal for a manager who values a stable and community-focused dining experience. With both indoor and outdoor seating, it provides an inviting atmosphere for lunch and dinner services.

Team Structure:

The management team consists of two Assistant Managers and two Supervisors, complemented by a robust back-of-house crew led by an experienced Head Chef. We are looking for a leader to complete our dynamic team.

Compensation and Benefits:

The advertised salary includes anticipated service charges, with the potential for higher earnings. Our General Managers also benefit from a quarterly bonus plan.

  • Competitive salary with service charge (estimated earnings include service charge) around £7,000 annually, with opportunities for higher income.
