We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our Northwich restaurant. With a capacity for approximately 140 covers, this charming restaurant offers a unique opportunity for a manager looking for a stable and community-focused environment. Our restaurant boasts both indoor and outdoor seating areas, making it an ideal location for lunch and dinner.
The management team is comprised of two Assistant Managers and two Supervisors, while the back-of-house team is led by a strong Head Chef. We are looking for a leader who can inspire and build a great team.
The salary includes a predicted service charge, and we also offer a quarterly bonus plan. Our General Managers enjoy a range of benefits, including:
- Competitive salary with service charge (approximately £7,000 per year, with potential for higher earnings)
