We are seeking a dedicated Restaurant Operations Manager for our charming establishment. With a capacity of approximately 140 guests, this inviting venue is ideal for a manager who values a stable and community-focused environment. Featuring both indoor and outdoor seating, it provides an excellent setting for meals throughout the day.

The management structure includes a robust team of 2 Assistant Managers and 2 Supervisors, complemented by a skilled back-of-house team led by an experienced Head Chef. We are eager to find the final key player to complete our team.

The advertised salary reflects the anticipated service charge, along with a quarterly bonus plan available to our Restaurant Operations Managers.

We are looking for a Restaurant Operations Manager who:

  • Has a minimum of two years of managerial experience in a standards-driven restaurant
