We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our Northwich restaurant. With a capacity for approximately 140 covers, this charming restaurant offers a unique opportunity for a manager looking to establish a strong presence in a community-driven environment.
The restaurant boasts a well-balanced team, comprising two Assistant Managers and two Supervisors, as well as a talented Head Chef. We are looking for a leader who can inspire and motivate this team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently. This includes managing staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, and driving sales growth.
We offer a competitive salary, including a service charge, as well as a quarterly bonus plan. Additionally, our General Managers enjoy a range of benefits, including:
- Competitive salary with service charge (approximately £7,000 per year, with potential for higher earnings)
