Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated General Manager for our charming restaurant. This establishment, accommodating approximately 140 guests, is ideal for a manager who values a community-focused dining experience. With both indoor and outdoor seating, it provides an inviting atmosphere for lunch and dinner services.

Team Structure:

You will be supported by a robust management team, including 2 Assistant Managers and 2 Supervisors, alongside a skilled back-of-house team led by an accomplished Head Chef. We are looking for the final key player to complete our dynamic team.

Compensation and Benefits:

The advertised salary encompasses the anticipated service charge, with the potential for higher earnings. Additionally, our General Managers are eligible for a quarterly bonus plan.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

The ideal General Manager will possess:

  • A minimum of two years of managerial experience in a standards-driven restaurant
  • Leadership qualities that inspire and cultivate strong teams
  • A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to understand the broader business landscape
  • A hands-on approach to restaurant management
