Position Overview:

We are seeking a Restaurant Operations Manager for our charming establishment. This venue, with a capacity of approximately 140 guests, is ideal for a manager who values a steady and community-focused dining experience. With both indoor and outdoor seating, it serves as a perfect spot for both lunch and dinner services.

Team Structure:

You will be supported by a dedicated management team, which includes 2 Assistant Managers and 2 Supervisors, alongside a robust back-of-house crew led by an experienced Head Chef. We are looking for the final key player to complete our dynamic team.

Compensation and Benefits:

The advertised salary encompasses the anticipated service charge, with a competitive earning potential. Additionally, our management team is eligible for a quarterly bonus program.

  • Attractive salary with service charge (projected earnings include service charge) approximately £7,000 annually, with opportunities for higher earnings.
