About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Kitchen Assistant to join our team at Staffline Operations. As a Kitchen Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen facilities, providing exceptional service to our clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Assist with the cleaning and organization of the kitchen, dining area, and equipment.
  • Restock items as needed throughout the shift.
  • Adhere to all food hygiene and safety standards.
  • Wash and sanitize all crockery, cutlery, and utensils used by the kitchen, guests, staff, and visitors.
  • Ensure the cleanliness of the total washing-up area, including all equipment within that area.
  • Prepare and deliver drinks as required by guests.
  • Notify the head chef or manager of any faulty or damaged equipment used by the kitchen staff.
  • Support the Catering Team with the day-to-day running of the kitchen, ensuring high standards are met at all times.
Requirements
  • Experience in a similar role is required.
  • Ambitious, driven, enthusiastic, passionate, and excellent attention to detail.
  • A good team player with a willingness to contribute fully and show flexibility as part of the overall team.
