Trainee Kitchen

**Trainee Kitchen & Bathroom Design and Sales Consultant, TG Builders Merchants Ltd, Northwich, Cheshire**

**Full Time**

Do you have a passion for sales but also have that creative flair? We are looking for a dedicated person to join our team to learn how to make our customers dream Kitchen or Bathroom into a reality. We will teach you all you need to know from identifying your customer needs, measuring, and designing, turning you into an experienced designer.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Working in this specialist department to greet and serve customers in a polite and efficient manner.
- Learn Articad and design Kitchens and Bathrooms to meet our customer’s needs.
- Meet high standards of display and to ensure the showroom is well presented.
- Assist in administration duties
- Build relationships with customers both face to face and via the telephone
- Develop your knowledge of our suppliers and the materials they supply
- Assist with incoming supplier deliveries
- Dealing with telephone queries effectively

**You will**:

- have excellent customer service skills
- Not be afraid of responsibility and use it to motivate you in your work
- be a team player and offer flexibility
- have great communication skills with both colleagues and customers
- have an appetite to learn and develop yourself.

Must hold a full UK driving license.
