Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated General Manager for our charming restaurant. This venue, accommodating approximately 140 guests, is ideal for a manager who values a stable and community-focused dining experience. With both indoor and outdoor seating, it serves as a wonderful spot for meals throughout the day.

Team Structure:

You will be supported by a robust management team, which includes 2 Assistant Managers and 2 Supervisors, alongside a talented back-of-house crew led by an experienced Head Chef. We are eager to find the final key player to complete our team.

Compensation and Benefits:

The salary offered includes an anticipated service charge, with the potential for higher earnings. Additionally, our General Managers benefit from a quarterly bonus program.

  • Attractive salary with service charge (projected earnings include service charge) with potential earnings of approximately £7,000 per year or more

Ideal Candidate Profile:

We are looking for a General Manager who:

  • Has a minimum of two years of managerial experience in a standards-driven restaurant
  • Can inspire and cultivate strong teams
  • Possesses energy and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Is commercially savvy and able to understand the broader business context
  • Enjoys being actively involved in daily operations
