Position Overview:
We are seeking a Restaurant Operations Manager for our charming establishment. This restaurant, with a capacity of approximately 140 guests, is ideal for a manager who values a community-focused dining experience. With both indoor and outdoor seating, it provides an excellent setting for meals throughout the day.
Team Structure:
The management team consists of two Assistant Managers and two Supervisors, supported by a dedicated back-of-house staff led by a talented Head Chef. We are looking for the final key player to complete our dynamic team.
Compensation and Benefits:
The salary includes an anticipated service charge, with the potential for earnings to exceed the stated amount. Our General Managers also benefit from a quarterly bonus program.
