Our Sheffield office is a key part of our business, delivering surveying services to clients in South Yorkshire. We operate from a city centre location and provide a comprehensive range of property-related expertise.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to support the Head of Office and wider team in our Sheffield office. This role involves a diverse range of administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth running of our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare professional documents using Word, Excel, Photoshop, and Adobe packages, including combining photographs, spreadsheets, and schedules to create client-ready materials.
  • Manage online accounting administration tasks such as registering clients and instructions, producing invoices, and completing files.
  • Assist with organizing client events, social gatherings, surveyor training sessions, and national training events.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and client reporting requirements for all documentation.
  • Coordinate team diaries, travel arrangements, and expense management.
  • Process expense claims accurately and efficiently.
  • Answer phone calls and handle queries or messages appropriately.
  • Perform general office duties such as photocopying, scanning, binding documents, filing, and archiving.
  • Organize meetings, arrange refreshments, and take minutes during meetings.
  • Maintain adequate supplies of stationery and equipment.
  • Greet visitors warmly and professionally.
  • Distribute daily mail effectively.
  • Undertake any other reasonable duties as assigned by the Head of Office.
Essential Experience

This role is suitable for an experienced office administrator with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Prior experience working in a corporate office environment is essential, and a background in the property sector would be advantageous. Proficiency in using the MS Office suite is required.
