About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Office Administrator to join our team in Sheffield. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth running of our office environment and providing exceptional support to our staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all administrative tasks, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and handling correspondence.
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems.
- Coordinate meetings and appointments, ensuring efficient scheduling and logistics.
- Assist with the onboarding of new employees, providing guidance and support during their initial period.
- Ensure all office supplies are adequately stocked and maintained.
- Liaise with external vendors and service providers as required.
Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in a similar administrative role within a professional services environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
