Office Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team at Ernest Gordon Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office administration, including reception, mail, and supplies
- Coordinate travel arrangements and meetings
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures
- Supervise and train administrative staff
- Maintain accurate records and reports
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
