Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Subscriptions Marketing Lead to become a vital part of our Marketing team. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will work closely with our Events Marketer, Social Media Marketer, and Digital Publishing Manager. This position focuses on refining our marketing strategy and execution, fostering growth, and enhancing the customer journey. Leveraging your knowledge of subscription models and marketing strategies, you will create innovative campaigns and optimize our subscription services to align with the changing preferences of our audience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Optimize subscription platforms, customer relationship management systems, social media scheduling, and newsletter distribution for enhanced reach and data management.
  • Formulate strategies to attract new subscribers and boost engagement among both individual and group subscribers.
  • Design and implement marketing initiatives, awareness campaigns, and conversion strategies to elevate brand visibility and stimulate growth.
  • Occasionally represent Digital Frontier at industry events and conferences to broaden our professional network.

Qualifications and Skills

  • A minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, ideally within the publishing sector.
  • Demonstrated expertise in subscriptions marketing is crucial.
  • Familiarity with both online and offline marketing channels, with a flexible approach to various opportunities.
  • Strong prioritization skills and the ability to set clear, measurable objectives.
  • Proven track record in planning, managing, and executing marketing campaigns.
  • A collaborative team player who is open to experimentation and innovation for achieving results.
  • Experience with project management tools, such as Asana, is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications including Teams, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • A keen interest in digital technology is advantageous.
  • Exceptional attention to detail is essential.
  • Previous experience in team leadership is a plus.
