Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as the Marketing Communications Manager. This role is crucial in shaping Forterra's brand identity and strategic direction, encompassing both the corporate brand and its product lines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of comprehensive marketing materials for both internal and external audiences.
  • Enhance Forterra's digital presence and social media engagement.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Director to formulate brand strategies for the Forterra Group and its associated brands, including tailored communication strategies and objectives.
  • Design and implement the annual marketing communications plan and budget, aligning with broader business goals.
  • Oversee the production of marketing materials to support product and channel marketing initiatives.
  • Strengthen the Group's online visibility and devise strategies to boost awareness and interaction with target demographics through our digital platforms.
  • Assist senior management and HR in executing internal communication and employee engagement programs.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing communications within a B2B context, preferably in the construction sector.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a flair for creativity and strong copywriting abilities.
  • Proven track record in developing high-quality marketing content and campaigns aimed at diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrable experience in content creation across various platforms.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and MS Teams.
