Job Description

**Job Title:** Marketing Executive

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Marketing Executive to join our team at Optimum TA Ltd. As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our brand and products.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Manage and Update Website Content:** Develop and maintain our company website, ensuring it is up-to-date and accurately reflects our brand and products.
  • **Create Engaging Copy:** Write compelling copy for new product launches, marketing campaigns, and other promotional materials.
  • **Collaborate with Design Team:** Work closely with our design team to develop visual content and materials that align with our brand identity.
  • **Coordinate with Marketing Agencies:** Manage relationships with external marketing agencies and vendors to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.
  • **Organize and Manage Events:** Plan and execute PR events, design weeks, and other marketing initiatives to promote our brand and products.
  • **Represent the Brand:** Represent Optimum TA Ltd at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build relationships and promote our brand.
  • **Plan and Deliver Marketing Initiatives:** Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and drive sales growth.
  • **Create and Coordinate Social Media Content:** Develop and implement social media strategies to engage with our audience and promote our brand.

**Requirements:**

  • **2-3 Years of Marketing Experience:** Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on brand development and marketing communications.
  • **Strong Social Media Skills:** Excellent social media skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective social media strategies.
  • **Excellent Copywriting Abilities:** Strong copywriting skills, with the ability to write compelling copy for marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
  • **Experience with Premium Brands:** Experience working with premium brands or service-led industries, with a focus on brand development and marketing communications.
  • **Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud:** Proficient in using Adobe Creative Cloud suite, including InDesign, Adobe Express, and Illustrator.
  • **Strong Attention to Detail:** Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • **Strong Organizational Skills:** Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • **Self-Motivated:** Self-motivated, with a strong sense of initiative and a willingness to take on new challenges.
  • **Creative and Innovative:** Able to think creatively and innovatively, with a focus on developing new marketing strategies and ideas.
