Job Title: Marketing and Communications Specialist

Job Summary:

Frossell Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Marketing and Communications Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies: Create and implement marketing plans to achieve business objectives, including market research, trend analysis, and competitor analysis.
  • Content Creation and Management: Develop and manage high-quality content across various channels, including social media, email, and website.
  • Brand Management: Develop and maintain a strong brand identity, including brand guidelines, messaging, and visual identity.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute marketing campaigns to drive lead generation, conversion, and customer retention.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze marketing performance metrics, including website analytics, social media metrics, and campaign ROI.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer success, to ensure alignment and effective communication.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in marketing and communications, with a focus on digital marketing and brand management.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of marketing principles, including market research, trend analysis, and competitor analysis. Proficient in content creation, brand management, and marketing campaign execution. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to track and analyze marketing performance metrics.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
