Your Role:

As a Partnerships Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing partner relationships across multiple Endeavor events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee partner timelines for all Endeavor events.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Marketing, Production) to ensure timely delivery of partner commitments.
  • Assist the sales team in managing specific sponsor accounts, ensuring all contractual obligations are fulfilled.
  • Craft sponsorship proposals to aid in securing new business opportunities.
  • Foster strong relationships with both new and existing partners.
  • Represent Endeavor in meetings with key sponsors and advertisers, both online and in-person.
  • Coordinate with various internal teams to execute sponsored spaces, advertising initiatives, and partner benefits.
  • Compile post-event reports detailing the effectiveness of marketing and social media campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate internal databases to ensure partner information is current and accessible.
  • Support the team in meeting deadlines and managing administrative tasks.
  • Assist in the research and development of potential partnership clients.
  • Manage expenses for the Commercial Director and Head of Partnerships.

Work Environment:

This is a permanent position with standard working hours and days.
