Production Partnerships Coordinator

Frieze Publishing Ltd. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Partnerships Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of the Fair Production team, you will play a crucial role in the coordination and administration of production-related elements of partner activations at our international art fairs.
Key Responsibilities:- Meeting Coordination: Coordinate and attend meetings as required to take minutes and follow-up actions with other team members and/or wider Production team.
- Timeline Management: Prepare and manage the Partnerships Production timelines to ensure seamless execution of partner activations.
- Documentation Maintenance: Maintain, update, and reissue the online Sponsor Production Manual across all Fairs to partners.
- Administrative Support: Support the Partnerships Production Manager with managing deadlines, collating and coordinating production, vehicle, staffing, and other logistical aspects.
- Record Keeping: Maintain Sponsor Production files with methodical record keeping pre and post Fairs.
- Additional Support: Provide additional administrative support to the Partnerships Production Manager and Head of Fair Production in all sponsor production-related activities on the Fairs, as required.
- Best Practices: Work alongside the Partnerships Production Manager to create, maintain, and adapt best practices for project tracking and implementation.
Requirements:
- Excellent Client Service: Experience in providing excellent client service and maintaining strong relationships with external parties.
- Technical Skills: Competent in the use of Microsoft Office, in particular Excel.
- Travel: Willingness to travel overseas for up to two weeks at a time to either the US or South Korea, subject to change depending on show requirements.
- Extended Hours: Ability to work extended hours when meeting project deadlines and when on site.
