Raffles London at The OWO is a prestigious establishment renowned for its luxury, glamour, and exceptional service. We are seeking a dedicated individual to support our Learning & Development team in ensuring the smooth operation of all L&D initiatives.

As a Learning & Development Administrator, you will play a vital role in maintaining accurate records, coordinating training programs, and assisting with various Talent & Culture projects. Your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Providing administrative support to the Learning & Development team.
  • Assisting with the coordination and execution of training programs.
  • Maintaining accurate records of employee training and development activities.
  • Contributing to the creation of digital learning materials using Adobe and Evolve (LMS).
  • Supporting Talent & Culture initiatives as required.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional service. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Evolve LMS is essential for this role.
