Compensation: Competitive (includes a company vehicle and a 20% Sales incentive)

Join the vibrant world of HARIBO as a 'Key Account Executive' and play a pivotal role in enhancing our Grocery channel.

In this position, you will report directly to Tori Boast (Channel Controller) and collaborate closely with our Marketing, Sales, and Supply Chain Teams, as well as our external partners.

Your mission will be to drive sustainable volume, value, and market share growth across a portfolio of national account clients, with a focus on our core brands and a commitment to establishing strong customer partnerships.

Your contributions will include:

Sales Strategy and Business Management:

- Developing, implementing, and evaluating customized customer business plans to achieve sustainable and profitable sales growth.

- Reviewing customer business plans and proposals to agree on modifications that positively impact sales and profitability.

- Utilizing persuasive selling and negotiation skills to meet business plan objectives and secure new listings.

- Conducting regular audits to assess agreed activities and accurately measure implementation quality.

Commercial Acumen:

- Performing detailed promotional analyses for every customer initiative to ensure commercial viability.

- Monitoring budget control templates and investment analysis reports to ensure alignment with the agreed plan and actual expenditures.

- Managing credit ratings and pro forma agreements in collaboration with the credit manager.

Building Customer Relationships:

- Establishing and nurturing exceptional relationships with all buyer and category contacts.

- Collaborating with influencers and decision-makers to drive mutually beneficial sales volume and growth.

Forecasting and Logistics:

- Providing accurate sales forecasts and working with the Supply Chain team to enhance communication with customers.

- Exploring cost-effective strategies to reduce transportation expenses.
