We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced National Account Executive to join our team at HARIBO UK. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a key role in our Grocery channel, working closely with our Head of Grocery and other stakeholders to drive business growth and success.

As a National Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key accounts, providing dedicated support and expertise to ensure their needs are met and exceeded. This will involve working closely with customers to understand their business requirements, developing and implementing effective solutions, and monitoring and evaluating the success of these initiatives.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Liaising with customer Supply Chain teams to ensure full promotion compliance, pricing, and timing
  • Supporting customer-specific NPD, seasonal, and themed event meetings to ensure full knowledge and customer follow-up, while also ensuring their effectiveness through the monitoring of customer EPOS data
  • Ensuring customer promotion plans are up-to-date and internal departments are advised
  • Making off-site visits to carry out monthly retail price monitors, as well as checking promotion compliance and customer-specific projects, such as sampling
  • Managing your own P&L linked to the main account you will be working with

As a successful National Account Executive, you will have a proven track record of delivering results-driven solutions, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also have a strong understanding of the FMCG industry and a passion for driving business growth and success.
