We are seeking a 'Senior Account Executive' to join the delightful world of HARIBO and enhance our Grocery channel.

In this role, you will report directly to the Channel Controller while fostering strong relationships with our Marketing, Sales, and Supply Chain Teams, as well as our external clients.

It is crucial that you can achieve sustainable volume, value, and market share growth across a portfolio of national account clients, with a focus on core brands and a commitment to securing customer partnership status.

Your Contributions:

Sales Strategy and Business Management:
- Developing, implementing, and evaluating customized customer business plans to ensure sustainable and profitable sales growth.

  • Reviewing all customer business plans and proposals to agree on modifications that will positively impact sales and profit.
  • Utilizing persuasive selling and negotiation skills to achieve business plan objectives and secure new listings.
  • Conducting regular store audits to verify agreed activities and accurately assess the quality of implementation.

Commercial Acumen:

  • Performing detailed promotional analysis for every customer promotion to ensure commercial viability.
  • Monitoring budget control templates and investment analysis reports to ensure alignment with the agreed plan and actual spending.
  • Managing credit ratings and pro forma agreements in collaboration with the credit manager.

Client Relationships:

  • Establishing and nurturing exceptional relationships with all buyer and category contacts.
  • Collaborating with influencers and decision-makers to drive mutually beneficial sales volume and growth.

Forecasting and Logistics:

  • Providing accurate sales forecasts and working with the Supply Chain team to facilitate communication with clients.
  • Exploring cost-effective methods to reduce transportation expenses.
