We are seeking a dedicated 'Senior Account Executive' to join the vibrant world of HARIBO and enhance our Grocery channel.

In this position, you will report directly to the Channel Controller while fostering strong relationships with our Marketing, Sales, and Supply Chain Teams, as well as our external partners.

Your primary responsibility will be to drive sustainable volume, value, and market share growth across a portfolio of national account clients, with a focus on our core brands and a commitment to establishing long-term customer partnerships.



Sales Strategy and Business Management:

  • Developing, implementing, and evaluating customized business plans for clients to achieve sustainable and profitable sales growth.
  • Reviewing client business plans and proposals to make necessary adjustments that will positively impact sales and profitability.
  • Conducting regular audits to assess the execution of agreed activities and measure implementation quality.

Commercial Insight:

  • Performing comprehensive promotional analyses for each client promotion to ensure commercial viability.
  • Monitoring budget control and investment analysis reports to ensure alignment with the agreed plans and actual expenditures.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Building and nurturing exceptional relationships with all buyer and category contacts.
  • Collaborating with key influencers and decision-makers to drive mutually beneficial sales volume and growth.
Providing accurate sales forecasts and working closely with the Supply Chain team to facilitate effective communication with clients.

  • We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record in commercial sales within the FMCG sector. A key ingredient for success in this role is the ability to demonstrate and deliver outstanding sales and business management skills.
