Payroll and Finance Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll and Finance Administrator to join our team at Flat Fee Recruiter. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and accurate processing of our client's payroll operations.
Key Responsibilities- Process weekly and monthly payrolls with precision and attention to detail.
- Verify weekly timesheets and work planners to ensure accuracy.
- Submit HMRC reports in a timely manner.
- Perform payroll month-end reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
- Maintain and update employee records, including new starters, leavers, and statutory sick pay.
- Assist and resolve payroll queries in a professional and timely manner.
- Manage internal holiday planners and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Process pension submissions and administration.
- Ensure adherence to payroll regulations and company policies.
- Generate employee reports for financial controllers.
- Process sub-contractor invoices and produce weekly payment reports.
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work with confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Experience with SAGE Payroll and Payroll Manager.
