Overview

Are you a skilled Financial Operations Coordinator with a minimum of 2 years of experience in an accounting setting? Elysium Healthcare is seeking a Finance Administrator to leverage your expertise in a healthcare context, managing all finance-related administrative tasks.

In this role, you will be integral to the financial operations within a healthcare environment, handling various finance administration duties. This includes managing petty cash, addressing payroll inquiries, and overseeing the purchase order processing system, among other responsibilities.

Working a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week, you will ensure timely payment of all purchase invoices and communicate with suppliers and department heads regarding invoice-related questions and approvals.

You will receive training on a variety of financial systems, including Temployer and Quinyx, enabling you to input and update employee information on the Quinyx Payroll system, as well as manage salaries, overtime, and special duty payments.

Key Responsibilities:

Overseeing systems for service user funds, petty cash management, payroll coverage (including overtime and special duty payments), and purchase order processing. Managing Purchase Order Processing - WAP/Ordering of Goods and Services. Assisting in the upkeep of the Head Office Purchase Ledger Spreadsheet, including addressing any ad-hoc inquiries. Ensuring all relevant documentation is accurately maintained and filed appropriately.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a similar role. NVQ Level II in Business Administration. Relevant qualifications in Bookkeeping or Accounting Practices. Proficiency in EXCEL, SAGE, and Outlook. Strong attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to perform tasks with minimal supervision.
