XPO Transport Solutions UK Limited is seeking a highly skilled Financial Manager to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. As a Financial Manager, you will play a key role in implementing processes and systems for the site finance team, delivering objectives, and contributing to the site's ethos and strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Implement financial processes and systems to deliver objectives and contribute to the site's ethos and strategy.
- Build strong partnerships and maintain relationships with Operational Managers, General Managers, Customer Senior Managers, and their teams.
- Produce financial and operational management reporting as required for the site, business, and customer, including P&L statements and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Prepare forecast and budgets, ad hoc variance analysis, and ensure the integrity of invoicing and P&L entries.
- Partner with the central finance team to monitor debt relating to the site and action plans to deal with it.
- ACCA or CIMA qualified or working towards (or equivalent).
- Proven experience in a similar finance management role, ideally in a similar environment with open/closed book contracts.
- A positive attitude and experience of creating a positive work environment.
