Overview

Are you a skilled Finance Administrator with a minimum of two years' experience in an accounting setting? Elysium Healthcare is seeking a Finance Administrator to leverage your expertise in a healthcare context, managing all finance-related administrative tasks.

In this role, you will be pivotal in overseeing various finance administration responsibilities, including managing petty cash, addressing payroll inquiries, and assisting with the purchase order processing system, among other duties.

Working a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week, you will ensure timely payment of all purchase invoices and collaborate with suppliers and department heads regarding invoice-related queries and approvals.

You will receive training on a variety of financial systems, such as Temployer and Quinyx, enabling you to input and modify employee information on the Quinyx Payroll system while overseeing salaries, overtime, and special duty payments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing systems for service user funds, petty cash, payroll coverage (including overtime and special duty payments), and the purchase order system.
  • Processing Purchase Orders - WAP/Ordering of Goods and Services.
  • Assisting in the maintenance of the Head Office Purchase Ledger Spreadsheet and addressing any ad-hoc inquiries.
  • Ensuring all related documentation is accurately maintained and filed appropriately.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant experience in a similar capacity.
  • NVQ Level II in Business Administration.
  • Proof of qualifications in Bookkeeping or Accounting Practices.
  • Proficiency in EXCEL, SAGE, and Outlook.
  • A strong commitment to accuracy, efficiency, and diligence in all assigned tasks with minimal supervision.

  • Specialized inpatient care for older men with intricate mental and physical health requirements.
  • Low secure care for men with mental illness, with or without personality disorders or mild learning disabilities.

You will collaborate with a dedicated team focused on enhancing the mental health and well-being of service users, fostering the development of healthy relationships.
