Role Overview of the Operations Support Coordinator

The Operations Support Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and effective execution of IT infrastructure projects, including hardware setup and cabling tasks.

The ideal candidate will oversee resource management, facilitate stakeholder communication, and manage multiple projects simultaneously while upholding high performance standards and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities of the Operations Support Coordinator

* Scheduling: Develop and manage project timelines to ensure on-time delivery.

* Resource Management: Strategically allocate resources to guarantee optimal project outcomes.

Maintain transparent and effective communication with all stakeholders to align project objectives and expectations.

* Capacity Planning: Formulate and implement capacity strategies to meet project needs and maximize resource utilization.

* Contractor Management: Oversee a pool of contractors to ensure resource availability and skill alignment.

Provide handover documentation to clients upon project completion.

Ensure procurement of necessary materials for project execution.

* Financial Oversight:

Skills Development:
Ensure the team possesses the required skills and certifications for project demands.

* Collaboration: Partner closely with Project Managers to ensure seamless project execution.

* Budget Oversight: Track budgets and escalate any potential risks to maintain financial efficiency.

Performance Evaluation:
Monitor performance metrics to drive improvements.

* Risk Assessment: Identify, evaluate, and mitigate potential risks to project success.

* Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure all projects adhere to health and safety regulations and foster a safe working environment.

* Continuous Improvement: Actively engage with the company's philosophy for ongoing enhancements in service delivery processes.

Demonstrated capability to manage end-to-end projects effectively.

Experience in overseeing multiple projects concurrently.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

High level of financial acumen.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
