Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the entire accounts payable department, ensuring efficient and accurate reporting.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers and handle payment queries.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and company policies.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve the efficiency of the accounts payable function.
  • Collaborate with other finance departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing support to the team.
  • Manage the month-end closing process for accounts payable.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on accounts payable performance to senior management.
Requirements
  • A strong background within Accounts Payable
  • Proven experience in a managerial role within Accounts Payable.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting and accounts payable processes.
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
