Key Responsibilities:

  • Process weekly and monthly payrolls with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Verify and reconcile timesheets, payroll submissions, and HMRC reports.
  • Maintain and update employee records, including new starters, leavers, and SSP.
  • Assist with payroll queries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Prepare and submit pension reports and administer pension schemes.
  • Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and maintain accurate records.
  • Produce employee reports for financial controllers and manage subcontractor invoices.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a payroll administration role, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing payroll data.
  • Ability to work with confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Experience with SAGE Payroll and Payroll Manager software.

  • A competitive salary range of £24,000 - £28,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
