About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll and Finance Administrator to join our team at Flat Fee Recruiter. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and accurate processing of our client's payroll operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process weekly and monthly payrolls with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Verify weekly timesheets and work planners to ensure compliance.
  • Submit HMRC reports and maintain accurate payroll records.
  • Perform payroll month-end reconciliations and maintain employee records.
  • Assist with payroll queries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Manage internal holiday planners and pension submissions.
  • Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and maintain accurate employee reports.
  • Process subcontractor invoices and produce weekly payment reports.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in payroll processing.
  • Ability to work with confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Experience with SAGE Payroll and Payroll Manager.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary range of £24,000 - £28,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
  • 28 days holiday, including bank holidays.
