Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Payroll and Finance Coordinator to join our team at Flat Fee Recruiter. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and accurate processing of our client's payroll operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process weekly and monthly payrolls with accuracy and efficiency.
- Verify and reconcile timesheets, payroll submissions, and HMRC reports.
- Maintain and update employee records, including new starters, leavers, and SSP.
- Assist with payroll queries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Prepare and submit pension reports and administer pension schemes.
- Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and maintain accurate records.
- Produce employee reports for financial controllers and manage subcontractor invoices.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a payroll administration role, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing payroll data.
- Ability to work with confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Experience with SAGE Payroll and Payroll Manager software.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary range of £24,000 - £28,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
