Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate and timely processing
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records
- Provide administrative support to the accounting team, including data entry and document management
- Support monthly payroll and maintain organised records
- Process invoices and follow up with clients, suppliers, and partners as needed
- Participate in quarterly and annual audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- A strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software, including data analysis and reporting
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail
- Good numerical skills and strong analytical thinking
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders
