Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable, including processing invoices and following up with clients, suppliers, and partners as needed
  • Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records
  • Provide administrative support to the accounting team, including supporting monthly payroll and keeping organised records
  • Participate in quarterly and annual audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations

Requirements

  • A strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software, including experience with financial reporting and analysis
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail and strong numerical skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders
