Business Development Manager

Innova Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving targeted sales and prospect engagement, creating a pipeline of opportunities that meets our target market profiles with a focus on Contracting Solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Drive targeted sales and prospect engagement creating a pipeline of opportunities that meets the target market profiles with a focus on Contracting Solutions.
- Attend formal and informal client meetings in the pursuit of new business with a focus on Contracting Solutions.
- Achieve pre-agreed targets and performance measures.
- Maintain records of activity and prospects and their renewal timelines as part of a 'bid watch' process within the relevant database.
- Maintain an awareness and engagement with relevant industry trends and developments.
- Liaise with relevant Hiregenics personnel to ensure any opportunities for Managed Service Programmes (MSP's), Recruitment Process Outsourced programmes (RPO's) or Total Talent Managed solutions (TTM's) are identified and can be developed by that Division.
- Liaise with all other sales staff within Staffing and wider Innova Solutions group when necessary to ensure all sales opportunities are maximised.
- Proven track record of success in sales development and business development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
