Human Resources Business Consultant

Compensation up to 45K DOE + Performance Bonus

Initially Office-Based, Transitioning to Hybrid Work Model

Finiten is seeking a skilled Human Resources Business Consultant to enhance our HR operations. This role encompasses all administrative responsibilities associated with human resources.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Facilitate the execution of HR processes, including performance evaluation, training initiatives, employee development, and recruitment efforts.
  • Be proactive and adaptable in taking on various projects and responsibilities as needed.
  • Serve as a primary liaison for both internal stakeholders and external collaborators.
  • Manage payroll and employee benefits administration.
  • Lead succession planning for critical talent and strategic positions.
  • Evaluate the organizational framework of the division and support necessary changes.
  • Collaborate closely with Line Managers to execute the people strategy throughout the organization.
  • Engage in project work focused on training and professional development.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders, crafting People strategies that foster organizational growth and high performance.
  • Utilize and analyze key People metrics to guide decision-making and enhance business outcomes.
  • Provide expert coaching and support on People-related issues, ensuring alignment with our core values and promoting employee engagement.
  • Partner on initiatives to cultivate a positive, values-driven culture, committed to employee growth and development.
  • Oversee recruitment processes, onboarding, talent assessment, and succession planning.
  • Ensure adherence to all People-related policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
  • Address complex employee relations matters, nurturing a constructive and supportive workplace.
  • Champion diversity, inclusion, and employee wellbeing throughout the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • Demonstrated experience in a generalist HR role.
  • Experience in supporting and executing HR/business transformation initiatives.
  • Background in Learning & Development is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent professional certification/degree in HR or a related field, along with relevant professional experience.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Capability to influence across all organizational levels.
  • Strong commercial insight and credibility.
  • Excellent project management capabilities.
  • Adept at building rapport and communicating effectively with all organizational tiers.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • High attention to detail.
