About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resource Business Partner to join our team at Janus International Europe Ltd. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in driving our people strategy and supporting the growth and development of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic HR Partnering: Collaborate closely with our HR Director and business leaders to identify and implement clear HR strategies that prepare our organization for future success.
  • Talent Development: Develop and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders to achieve high levels of trust, respect, and professionalism.
  • HR Operations: Oversee and optimize daily HR processes and activities for operational excellence, including payroll, benefits, sickness absence, holiday requests, and employee relations.
  • Change Management: Lead HR-driven change initiatives to ensure our team is agile and ready for new challenges.
  • HR Systems: Manage the HR & Payroll platform and provide expert support to resolve any queries.
  • Employee Relations: Be the subject matter expert in employee relations matters, including grievance and disciplinary matters, absence management, retention & performance management, and effectively managing risk to the business.
  • Learning and Development: Stay up to date on knowledge of good practice and emerging trends in the field of HR, and provide guidance and support to managers on learning and development, resourcing, employee relations, remuneration, and benefits.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in a Sales background and a good understanding of how Sales works in a business.
  • Skills: Numerically competent with proven experience producing quality management information with trend analysis aimed at stakeholders at multiple levels. Strong knowledge of HR systems.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
