HR Business Partner

Salary up to 45K DOE + Bonus

Office based initially, moving to a Hybrid arrangement



Our client is now hiring for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join their team. This position will perform all admin tasks related to HR.


ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Proactively supports the delivery of HR Process including performance management, training, people development and recruitment.
  • Hands on and willing to pick up any projects and areas as required
  • Act as a key contact for internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Process payroll & benefits
  • Drive succession planning for key talent and key strategic roles
  • Assess the organisational structure of the division and facilitates change
  • Work closely with Line Manager to implement the people plan across the business
  • Project work around training and learning & development
  • Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, developing People plans that support business growth and high performance.
  • Deploy and interpret key People metrics to inform decision-making and drive business performance.
  • Provide expert coaching and guidance on People matters, ensuring all activities align with our values and enhance colleague engagement.
  • Collaborate on projects to build a positive, values-based culture, delivering on a commitment to colleague growth and development.
  • Lead and manage recruitment processes, onboarding, talent mapping, and succession planning.
  • Oversee and ensure compliance with all People-related policies, processes, and legislation.
  • Manage complex employee relations issues, fostering a constructive and supportive work environment.
  • Promote diversity, inclusion, and wellbeing across the business.



SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience within a generalist HR capacity.
  • Experiencing supporting and implementing HR/business change programmes.
  • L&D background preferred but not essential.
  • Qualified CIPD member or equivalent professional qualification/Degree in HR or related discipline /relevant professional experience.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to influence at all levels.
  • Commercial acumen and credibility.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and communicate effectively with all levels of the organisation.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality
  • High levels of attention to detail
