Human Resources Strategic Partner

Competitive Salary up to 45K DOE + Bonus Structure

Initial Office-Based Role Transitioning to Hybrid Model

Finiten is seeking a seasoned Human Resources Strategic Partner to enhance our HR capabilities. This role encompasses all administrative functions related to human resources.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the execution of HR processes, including performance evaluations, training initiatives, talent development, and recruitment efforts.
  • Engage actively in various projects and tasks as needed.
  • Serve as a primary liaison for both internal stakeholders and external collaborators.
  • Manage payroll and employee benefits administration.
  • Facilitate succession planning for critical talent and strategic positions.
  • Evaluate the organizational structure and support necessary changes.
  • Collaborate closely with management to implement the workforce strategy across the organization.
  • Lead projects focused on training and employee development.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to leadership, crafting People strategies that align with business objectives and drive high performance.
  • Utilize and analyze key HR metrics to guide decision-making and enhance organizational performance.
  • Provide expert advice and coaching on HR matters, ensuring alignment with company values and promoting employee engagement.
  • Partner on initiatives to cultivate a positive workplace culture, emphasizing employee growth and development.
  • Oversee recruitment processes, onboarding, talent mapping, and succession planning efforts.
  • Ensure adherence to all HR-related policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
  • Manage complex employee relations matters, fostering a supportive and constructive work environment.
  • Champion diversity, inclusion, and employee wellbeing throughout the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • Demonstrated experience in a generalist HR role.
  • Experience in supporting and implementing HR/business transformation initiatives.
  • Background in Learning and Development is preferred but not mandatory.
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent professional credentials, along with a degree in HR or a related field.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Proven capacity to influence at all organizational levels.
  • Strong commercial awareness and credibility.
  • Excellent project management capabilities.
  • Adept at building rapport and communicating effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
