Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Air Operations Coordinator to join our Guest Services team in Southampton. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing air travel arrangements, and ensuring seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide accurate and timely information and booking of air services to internal teams and external customers
  • Manage air travel arrangements, including ticketing, refunds, and cancellations
  • Collaborate with airline contracts and pricing teams to ensure optimal airfare options
  • Develop and maintain reports to track sales, quality checks, and hotel and transfer manifests
  • Work closely with the Outbound Team in Miami to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • 2-3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the airline or travel industry
  • Fares and Ticketing 1&2 qualifications or equivalent experience
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong product and destination knowledge
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
