Regional Sales Executive for the London and South East area

  • This position involves field sales and specification representation for a prominent manufacturer.
  • Your focus will be on engaging with Mechanical & Electrical contractors and Regional Developers, while also interacting with M&E consultants to identify, track, and guide projects to completion, including delivering CPD presentations and collaborating with Estimators, Technical Managers, and Project Managers.
  • As part of the specification team, you will be involved in projects of varying scales.
  • This organization boasts a strong reputation and is frequently specified, allowing the incoming Regional Sales Executive to leverage a robust brand pipeline and cultivate existing relationships.

Candidate Profile for the Regional Sales Executive in HVAC

  • Experience in HVAC, plumbing, heating, electrical, or lighting sales, particularly with M&E or developer channels.
  • A proven track record of selling to M&E contractors and Developers is essential.

Compensation Package for the Regional Sales Executive

  • Base salary of £50K, negotiable
  • OTE of £80K
  • Hybrid company vehicle
  • Enhanced pension scheme
  • 25 days of holiday, increasing with tenure
