Job Overview

Customer Support and Administrative Manager

Our client, a growing med-tech organization located near Oxford, is on the lookout for a Customer Support and Administrative Manager to enhance their operations. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer interactions, verifying order accuracy, handling incoming inquiries via phone and email, and overseeing the smooth operation of the office environment. This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the CEO of a developing company and significantly impact daily operations.

Personal transportation is necessary due to the office's location.

This is a full-time position, with standard working hours from Monday to Friday.

Key Qualifications for Customer Support & Administrative Manager:

  • Demonstrated experience in customer service, internal sales, or office management, with a proven ability to address customer inquiries effectively.
  • Familiarity with Mailchimp or experience in professional social media engagement is advantageous.
  • Willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed, typical of a dynamic start-up setting.
