We are looking for a Client Services Coordinator to join our client's vibrant Service Delivery Team. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring effective service delivery and customer support. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to maintain our commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Onboarding and establishing new client accounts and agreements.
2. Generating quotations and overseeing order placements.
3. Managing initial support inquiries and coordinating with clients, internal teams, partners, and suppliers for order-related questions and modifications.
4. Resolving issues by communicating with clients and suppliers, providing regular updates throughout the process.
5. Handling provisioning escalations and faults, ensuring prompt resolution.
6. Coordinating service tasks, including scheduling technician visits.
7. Compiling service level reports using AutoTask.
8. Executing tasks efficiently to meet established deadlines.
9. Maintaining accurate records across all systems for each client interaction.
10. Ensuring precise setup and billing of all accounts.
11. Adhering to procedures to deliver high-quality customer service and maximize satisfaction.
12. Working towards achieving service level agreements (SLAs), key performance indicators (KPIs), and objectives.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar Sales Support or Client Services role within an IT Managed Services environment.
- Proficiency in AutoTask is essential.
- Exceptional communication skills with a strong ability to manage client relationships.
- Proven capability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with effectiveness.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities, including prioritization and adaptability to changing demands.
- Self-motivated with a collaborative team spirit.
- Proficient in Office 365.
- Commitment to accuracy, efficiency, and pride in delivering high-quality work.
