Concept Technical is seeking a highly organized and driven individual to join our Estates and Facilities Management team as a Facility Management Services Coordinator. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting a range of facility and event management functions, ensuring smooth operations across the site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate various services and projects, ranging from office accommodation requests to event support, while collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with third-party companies to implement ad-hoc projects as requested by the Head of FM Service.
  • Office Moves & Layouts: Organize and coordinate office accommodation requests, including office moves and layouts for employees.
  • Manage complex user requests related to facility management (FM) services, ensuring prompt and efficient service delivery.
  • Catering Support: Support catering service delivery, including the analysis of catering data to assist the Head of FM Service.
  • Logistics Support: Assist with on-site logistics coordination for new exhibitions and liaise with relevant service stakeholders (IT, AV, Video Conferencing, etc.).
  • Event Management: Provide feedback and coordinate communication with stakeholders on event operations, supporting continuous improvement in event management.
  • Special Events Support: Organize FM activities for special events including Christmas parties, ESA days, and other FM-related meetings.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in facility management or a similar role, with a strong understanding of office and event coordination.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
