Facilities Support Services Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Support Services Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our facilities group, you will be responsible for coordinating maintenance and repair services for laboratories across multiple sites.
Main Responsibilities
- Communicate with external contractors to organize works and track performance
- Liaise with internal teams, including maintenance, health and safety, and laboratory managers, to effectively perform the role
- Manage administrative tasks, including paperwork surrounding maintenance and repair work across laboratories
Requirements
- Quick learner with interest in working in facilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a small, friendly team
- Experience in dealing with contractors and scheduling is highly advantageous
Working Conditions
